2011 Verlen Kruger Award
Congratulations to Doug Carter for being named the 2011 winner of the Quiet Water Symposium Verlen Kruger Award. Doug's history of taking care of our water ways and leading the 2010 Grand River Expedition helped him earn this award. A brick will be placed at the Verlen Kruger Memorial in Portland in his honor, along with all of the past winners.
